




We are currently looking for a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** to join our team. This position will serve as the **first point of contact with our customers**, providing warm, professional, and efficient service. Additionally, the role will support administrative tasks, patient follow-up, broker assistance, and preparation and delivery of quotes to customers. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (preferably in the healthcare sector). * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in computer use and scheduling software. * Commitment to customer service. * Availability Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **English language proficiency (Mandatory).** **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly and professionally. * Answer phone calls and emails, and schedule appointments. * Follow up with patients and maintain communication with owners regarding appointments, results, or treatments. * Prepare and send quotes to customers. * Provide assistance and service to brokers and commercial partners. * Maintain and update patient records. * Process payments and address billing inquiries. * Support physicians and staff with administrative tasks. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
