Grupo Gueldi is seeking a Project Manager – Financial Focus.*** ***Job Responsibilities*** • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic cross-departmental projects (retail, expansion, product development, imports, etc.) • Design and implement financial and operational structures for new projects (costing, ROI, financial viability, cash flow). • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and resources with a focus on meeting KPIs and deadlines. • Manage project budgets, monitor variances, and propose improvement strategies. • Provide executive-level reporting to senior management on project status. • Coordinate with key departments: operations, finance, commercial, logistics, legal, and human talent. • Automate progress reports and performance indicators using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets. ***Requirements*** • *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred). • *Experience:* Minimum *8 years* managing high-impact projects with a financial focus and cross-functional perspective. ***Key Knowledge Areas:*** • Corporate finance and financial analysis • Comprehensive costing of products or services • Strategic planning and budgetary control • Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, etc.) • Advanced Excel / Power BI ***Soft Skills:*** • Leadership and influence without authority • Problem-solving and strategic thinking • Clear and executive communication • Organization and results orientation ***Location:*** Mexico City (Polanco) and State of Mexico (Atizapán), with one remote workday per week • Monthly gross salary: $25,000 – $35,000 MXN • Employment type: Full-time • Level: Senior / Project Leadership • Minimum experience: 8 years in similar roles ***Ideal Profile*** We seek an analytical, organized, results-oriented individual with strategic thinking and a 360-degree business vision—someone capable of transforming ideas into clear, executable, and measurable operational and financial structures.
