




**Job Objective:** Support and maintenance for Oracle ERP, CRM, and HCM systems, as well as management of infrastructure and security related to these systems. **Responsibilities:** Maintaining Oracle ERP, CRM, and HCM systems. Monitoring system performance. Tracking updates. Tracking projects related to Oracle systems. Supporting projects to ensure their success. Reviewing and updating technical support policies and procedures. Resolving technical issues and managing incidents related to Oracle systems. Providing guidance and assistance to end users in resolving technical issues and effectively using applications. Developing training manuals for users. Interacting with Oracle technical support to resolve issues and obtain technical assistance when necessary. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. Mandatory: Minimum 2 years’ experience administering Oracle ERP, CRM, or HCM systems. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and databases. Attention to detail. Experience managing projects, preferably within enterprise system implementation contexts. Experience reviewing documentation, licensing, and contracts. Experience delivering end-user training. Strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
