




Company seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with a strategic focus and a comprehensive vision of the area, to lead human capital processes and strengthen organizational culture. **Position Objective** Design and implement comprehensive Human Resources strategies oriented toward organizational development, improvement of the work environment, and alignment of corporate culture with the company’s strategic objectives. **Required Profile** * **Minimum 5 years’ experience** as an HR generalist * Solid knowledge in: * Recruitment and personnel selection * Labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, FONACOT) * Labor relations and conflict management * Organizational development and workplace climate * Human Resources indicators and reporting * Professional image and leadership skills **Key Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation * Design and implement HR policies and procedures * Develop training and development programs * Strengthen organizational culture and sense of belonging * Measure and improve workplace climate * Propose continuous improvements aligned with HR trends **Technical Knowledge** * ERP and HR technologies * Performance management * Development plans * Design and implementation of indicators * Report preparation and information control **We Offer** * **Salary: $25,000 monthly gross** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Job stability and opportunity for strategic impact within the organization Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
