Location: Zempoala, Hidalgo. **Job Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Business Management; valid professional license and degree certificate required * Experience in Human Resources, specifically in training and development. * Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, COFEPRIS 241, quality management, and training. * Experience in Labor Relations, Training, and Career Development Plans. * Experience in Operational Staff Management. * Knowledge of Organizational Development. * Availability to work in the municipality of Zempoala, Hidalgo. **?** **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate the full onboarding process and programs related to employee recognition, workplace wellness, and talent development. * Design and implement staff training programs, including the annual training plan and DNC (National Training Program). * Generate DC-3 and DC-4 certificates and manage the SIRCE portal. * Experience in technical training of operational staff. * Develop HR processes and procedures. * Manage Labor Relations (minutes, disciplinary actions, terminations). * Conduct Organizational Development activities and employee retention initiatives. * Organize and execute staff integration events. * Draft and maintain up-to-date job descriptions. * Ensure compliance with STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) regulations. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Monthly salary ranging from 14,000 to 16,000 Mexican pesos. * Work schedule: Monday through Friday. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative work environment.
