Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. At least two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in recruitment and personnel selection (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews). Updating and managing employee personnel files. Recording and tracking incidents for pre\-payroll processing. Coordinating training programs and internal activities. Providing administrative support and assistance to staff. Onboarding and follow\-up of newly hired personnel. Offboarding and follow\-up of personnel separations. Availability of time and willingness to travel. Preference for candidates residing in the southeast area of the city (La Cebadilla, Camino a la Pita, Libramiento Sur). Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
