Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specialized in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: **Unified Collaboration Specialist** **Conversational English required** **Work mode: 100% on-site** **Location: CDMX,** Conjunto Residencial del Pedregal, Tlalpan, Ciudad de México As a **Unified Collaboration Engineer**, you will play a key role in the **remote implementation, onboarding, and support** of large-scale enterprise collaboration platforms, including **Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Room OS, Cisco Room Systems, ServiceNow, Vyopta, Pexip, Appspace, and Crestron XIO**. You will ensure that collaboration tools are **expertly implemented, integrated, and optimized** across **thousands of rooms** throughout the client's ecosystem, with a strong focus on **remote technical support and troubleshooting**. This role supports a large-scale environment with over **3,900 conference rooms**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **4 years of progressive experience** in engineering and incident management for **enterprise UC\&C**. * Proficiency in **Unified Collaboration ecosystems**, with advanced troubleshooting skills in **hardware, software, networking, and cloud platforms**. * Extensive hands-on experience with **Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Room OS, Cisco Room Systems, ServiceNow, Vyopta, Pexip, Appspace, and Crestron XIO**. * Experience using **backend administration portals**: Teams Admin Center, MTR Pro\-Management Portal, Intune, Webex Control Hub, Crestron XIO, Appspace, Vyopta, and Pexip. * **Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification (MS\-700\)**. * Solid knowledge of **enterprise networking** (QoS, VLAN, multicast, firewall policies, network security). * Proven experience managing **critical incidents** and leading **root cause analysis (RCA)**. * Exceptional ability to **collaborate with cross-functional teams**, vendors, and executive leaders. * Demonstrated experience in **mentoring, training, and developing support and engineering teams**. **We offer:** * Office hours * 100% direct employment * Competitive salary negotiable based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family medical insurance, life insurance up to 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30 days of Christmas bonus, profit sharing)
