We are seeking a **Coverage Physician** who shares our mission to safeguard the health of employees in the workplace. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide first-contact medical care to employees. * Manage and monitor clinical records. * Participate in health and prevention programs. * Refer cases to specialist physicians when required. * Identify potential workplace hazards and propose preventive measures. * Assess workers’ physical condition and overall health to determine occupational fitness. * Attend coverage services for various clients and at different times. * Operate a standard automobile for coverage-related transportation (preferred). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Medical Doctor (with official degree and professional license already issued). * Experience in occupational medicine, general medicine, or first-contact care. * Knowledge of labor regulations and prevention programs. * Availability to cover vacations, leaves, absences, and medical disabilities of our medical team. * Ability to operate a standard automobile (preferred). **WE OFFER:** The opportunity to work at a company undergoing constant transformation, empowering employees with full autonomy and responsibility. * Gross monthly salary starting at $18,000 * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * Medical assistance card for employee and family members * Life insurance (employee only) * Funeral expense coverage (employee only) * Employee discounts, dental assistance, and much more.
