**Description:** ---------------- **Job Description:** At FConsultoría y Asesoría en Proyectos S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to strengthening financial management through control, analysis, and continuous improvement of our accounting and tax processes. We seek an analytical, structured profile with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of ensuring reliable financial information for strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring their proper compilation and supporting documentation. * Supervise accounting operations and ensure compliance with current regulations. * Ensure tax compliance with authorities (SAT) and manage internal and external audits. * Design, implement, and improve financial and operational internal controls. * Supervise the invoicing process, accounts receivable, and collections. * Administer and validate payroll processing and related tax obligations. * Analyze financial information to identify variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Generate executive reports and financial indicators (KPIs). * Conduct profitability analysis by project or business unit. **Requirements:** --------------- ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree completed). * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in general accounting and financial closings. * Experience in internal and tax audits. * Experience managing payroll and related taxes (ISR, IMSS). * Experience in invoicing and collections. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax regulations. * Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
