We offer elite, concierge-level care with a whole-health, precision-medicine approach. Position Overview ResCore Clinic is seeking a Regenerative Medicine Physician to join our clinical team. Being able to speak English is mandatory. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative, cellular, and functional medicine — and is looking to practice in a cutting-edge environment using advanced therapies unavailable in the U.S. healthcare system. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, review patient labs and genetic panels, create personalized treatment protocols, and guide patients through their regenerative medicine journey. This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven clinic. This is precision-based medicine with extended appointment times and full clinical support. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Evaluation • Conduct initial and follow-up consultations (in person & telemedicine). • Review comprehensive labs, functional testing, genetic/methylation panels, hormonal panels, and toxicity scans (Oligoscan). • Diagnose metabolic, inflammatory, autoimmune, hormonal, and degenerative conditions. • Develop personalized regenerative medicine treatment plans. Regenerative Medicine Protocols • Oversee or administer: o Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Wharton’s Jelly) o Exosomes o Peptides (Injectable & Oral) No Oral o IV Therapies (Chelation, Mitochondrial Support, NAD+, Antioxidants, DMSO, Vitamin Protocols) o PRP and joint/spine injectable therapies (optional depending on training) o Ozone therapy Patient Care & Support • Educate patients on expected outcomes, risks, and benefits. • Provide ongoing monitoring and patient success tracking. • Collaborate with wellness coaches and clinical staff for continuity of care. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate EMR documentation. • Ensure ethical and compliant use of all therapies. • Participate in ongoing case reviews and clinical meetings. Qualifications Required Education & Licensing • MD or DO required. • Licensed in Mexico OR eligible to be credentialed under clinic medical license. • Experience with U.S. patients preferred but not required. Experience • Preferred: o Regenerative Medicine o Stem Cell Therapy o Exosomes o Functional or integrative medicine o Hormone replacement therapy • Minimum: o Strong clinical background in internal medicine, family medicine, sports medicine, or similar. o Ability to interpret labs and create custom health plans.
