Communication and reporting management Grupo Pixca is seeking an HR Assistant: Assist the Human Resources department in all matters related to personnel administration, in accordance with established policies for such functions, to maintain order and control over all labor-related aspects of employees. * Process hires, terminations, and transfers in IDSE; print documentation and deliver it to Accounting. * Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring of new personnel. * Compile personnel files. * Manage contract expiration dates. * Draft and illustrate information for communication boards. * Publish the staff menu weekly and conduct a monthly evaluation of it. * Verify lists of temporary staff (waiters, stewards, kitchen assistants, hosts, furniture assistants). * Maintain and update the staff uniform register and distribute uniforms accordingly. * Issue employment certificates for staff. * Prepare birthday cards. * Update staff vacation tracking. * Prepare administrative minutes upon request by the direct supervisor. * Manage and oversee the professional internship program. * Generate indicator reports: turnover, absenteeism, and tardiness, and share them with department heads.
