We are currently seeking professionals with prior experience in the E-CONCIERGE position and who additionally meet the following requirements: **Education:** High school diploma **Minimum experience:** 1 year of experience in the position. **English:** Conversational Responsibilities 1. Welcomes guests at check-in and handles PREMIER new sales and upgrades, notifying the on-duty butler. 2. Manages and responds to emails assigned to butlers (requests for amenities, bars, setups, decorations, Balinese beds, PREMIER new sales, romantic dinners). 3. Prepares and sends service orders for arrivals setups for Master Suites, Penthouse suites, hotel VIPs, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc.). 4. Coordinates pre-checkouts, bagpull, and support for ISH–RP survey collection. 5. Schedules amenities, decorations, etc., assigned to guests according to the Amenities Standard by segment with A&B and housekeeping staff. 6. Enters information into the database to increase reviews on Trip Advisor. 7. Updates information in the non-package sales summary. 8. Prepares the list, attendance tracking, and promotion of PREMIER Cocktail / Tower / PREMIER events. 9. Manages the guest follow-up log. 10. Covers for butlers during pool activities (morning and afternoon amenity distribution [approximately 30 minutes per set] / staff presentation at sexy pool / wow moments) Work location – Puerto Morelos Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
