Ensuring an exceptional service experience **Requirements:** * Incomplete, ongoing, or completed bachelor’s degree * Experience or interest in customer service (preferably in travel or tourism) * Knowledge of: domestic and international travel, travel logistics, tourist attractions * Languages: advanced English and French **Responsibilities:** * Manage incoming and outgoing calls while meeting quality standards * Follow user service protocols * Identify customer needs and provide clear information regarding: certificates, destinations, reservations * Offer alternatives and solutions to facilitate reservation closure * Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities * Follow up on assigned leads (no prospecting) * Ensure an exceptional service experience **Job Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$15,500 to $20,000 MXN** * Compensation structure: **$15,500 \+ commissions** * Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits and additional perks.
