This position is key to guaranteeing personalized, efficient service aligned with the brand image, as well as supervising the team and coordinating internal and external services that contribute to a memorable stay. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Concierge department. * Lead, train, and motivate the Concierge team to deliver excellence in service. * Ensure personalized guest service, addressing special requests, complaints, and individual needs. * Coordinate external services such as tours, transportation, reservations, and special activities. * Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal hotel departments. * Guarantee compliance with brand quality, service, and protocol standards. * Prepare operational reports and monitor guest satisfaction metrics. **Required Profile:** * Previous experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of high-level customer service and hospitality. * Leadership skills and team management capabilities. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to solve problems, work under pressure, and make timely decisions. * Proficiency in English.
