




Join the great QUINTA REAL family—we are currently recruiting: CONCIERGE Your main objective will be: To provide personalized service to hotel guests with special requirements (information about tourist attractions, taxi requests, business center assistance, restaurant reservations, purchasing event tickets, locating items or places, buying and delivering gifts), ensuring the quality standards established by the brand. Some of your responsibilities will include: Creating a friendly, secure, and comfortable environment to ensure guest peace of mind during their stay. Conducting meetings for continuous staff updates regarding unified criteria and procedures. Planning and scheduling training for each section within the department to maintain the operational and service standards set by the Company. Supporting the Front Office Department with guest room change requests authorized by the relevant departments, analyzing occupancy rates to determine the number of arrivals (Check-in) and departures (Check-out). Coordinating staff schedules, breaks, vacations, luggage handling, and guest/client needs—ensuring compliance with logistics, security, and brand standards; also responsible for luggage storage areas. Responsible for maintaining printed materials (newspapers, brochures, magazines, and flyers) in all Front Areas. 1 year of experience in hotel operations. Personnel management and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Check-in and Check-out processes. Room blocking. Rate plan management. Guest registration and tracking. Handling both group and individual reservations.
