**LEADING WATER PURIFICATION COMPANY** Is seeking personnel to work as technical services and installation assistant, **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. **TRUCK USAGE CONTROL**: Supervise the delivery and/or receipt of trucks to technicians, check fuel levels for full tank, cleanliness, and responsible usage. 2\. **MATERIAL INCOMING CONTROL**. Accurately verify and record material movements, ensuring they match orders before returning materials to the shipping area. 3\. **LABORATORY SAMPLE CONTROL.** Receive water samples from service calls and ensure their prompt delivery or transfer for analysis, avoiding water quality degradation and result inaccuracies. 4\. **WAREHOUSE AREA ORGANIZATION**. Maintain a clean, organized area with clear visibility of materials for quick access when needed. Keep reserve stock available for unforeseen service needs. 5\. **MATERIAL DELIVERY TO TECHNICIANS**. Review the following day’s schedule to prepare orders for shipping. Gather spare parts along with service report sheets per technician. For system installations, deliver the original order to shipping and supervise the complete delivery of all materials to the technician, including installation materials. 6\. **CUSTOMER SERVICE**. Provide phone and WhatsApp customer support for sales related to installations, maintenance, service contracts, and handling failure reports. 7\. **QUOTATIONS**. Prepare quotations for equipment installation and maintenance services. Send service costs upon request from the E\-commerce and Sales departments. 8\. **SERVICES**. Keep client portfolio updated and prospect new clients. Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance reports. 9\. **BILLING AND COLLECTION**.
