





**TRAVE GT Corporate** We are a corporate specialized in vehicle transportation, currently seeking a **Logistics Administrator** profile to work in the Picacho Ajusco area. Functions to perform: * Assign services to operational transfer personnel. * Conduct audits, monitoring, and tracking of assigned service routes. * Prepare and send reports of completed and scheduled services. * Manage daily opening and closing operations. * Follow up with automotive agencies to carry out transfer services. * Maintain constant communication to verify the opening and closing of agencies for handling service requests. * Update databases for service tracking, billing, collections, and payroll payment. * Assign and control expenses related to services (per diems, tolls, fuel, tickets). * Implement measures to control and reduce expenses. * Maintain proper communication with the operations supervisor to ensure effectiveness and achievement of performance indicators for operational staff. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational logistics. * Education: Partial or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Must live within one hour of the work location. * Intermediate level Excel skills.
