Location: Santa Ana Poniente, Tlahuac borough, Mexico City. 56 36 36 33 81 **Job requirements** * Minimum high school education. * Prior experience in warehousing and distribution within the pharmaceutical industry. * Generation and tracking of shipping guides. **Job responsibilities** * Receiving and reviewing electronic correspondence. * Validating execution of operational controls (checklists, logs, incidents). * Addressing and following up on customer or delivery incidents. * Coordinating with logistics providers (courier services, transportation) and supervising their performance. * Coordinating billing requests for logistics services rendered. * Generating logistics KPI reports and graphical representations. * Coordinating the generation of shipping guides and documentary control of shipments. * Providing information for performance review meetings with Management and Executive Leadership. * Preparing progress reports for logistics projects. * Participating in physical or cyclical warehouse inventories. * Managing updates of files on digital platforms (e.g., Nextcloud, WMS). **Additional benefits and perks** * Monthly salary ranging from MXN 9,000 to MXN 11,000. * Full-time permanent employment. * Opportunities for professional development and internal career advancement. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Grocery vouchers.
