




* Receive and inspect materials, equipment, and general supplies delivered by suppliers. * Record the entry and exit of equipment and materials acquired or delivered by customers in the Warehouse Control system. * Verify that products delivered by customers and suppliers match the quantity, specifications, quality, and price, cross-checking against the supplier’s or customer’s invoice, delivery note, receipt, quotation, or purchase order. Sign or stamp the corresponding document as received. * Monitor daily use of tools by operational staff, immediately reporting shortages to the warehouse supervisor and production supervisor, as well as malfunctions, lost tools, or tools not returned on time. * Verify inventory levels of raw materials and consumables, maintaining stock within predefined maximum and minimum thresholds. * Support, where applicable, the preparation of purchase requisitions to request and replenish materials whose stock has reached minimum levels in the warehouse. * Assist in conducting physical inventories of raw materials, consumables, and tools, using the "Warehouse Control" records as a baseline, verifying consistency between recorded data and physical stock. * Place all materials, equipment, and supplies entering the warehouse in locations designated by the warehouse control system. * Label and maintain labeling of assigned locations for each product or tool within the warehouse (e.g., containers, racks, boxes, etc.). * Assist with shipments for customer product deliveries, in accordance with required material outflows.
