




We are looking for: **OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGER (Premium Events)** Ambrosia is seeking an **Operations Manager** with solid experience in **Logistics, Warehouse, and Team Leadership** within high-demand environments (A\&B, Catering, or Events). This strategic role is key to ensuring excellence and precision in every event. **Mission:** Plan and lead the entire operational chain, optimizing resources and processes under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Logistics:** Supervise planning, routing, and coordination of equipment and perishable supplies transportation, ensuring punctuality and safety (minimal waste). * **Warehouse Management:** Optimize layout, inventory, and product rotation (FIFO) for A\&B and equipment. Implement quality control and ensure proper infrastructure. * **Leadership and Control:** Lead, train, and coordinate teams (logistics, warehouse, drivers, and operational staff).
