A boutique hotel group offering a unique experience on the paradisiacal island of Holbox is seeking to add the following professional to its team: FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR Location: Holbox, Quintana Roo Team size: Approximately 30 staff members Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, plan, and coordinate Food & Beverage operations. * Manage **2 hotel restaurants**, ensuring excellence in service delivery. * Oversee inventory control, supplier management, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Personnel management: recruitment, training, and shift coordination. * Participate in gourmet events, banquets, and high-end gastronomic experiences. * Maintain a 100% guest-centric service focus. Requirements: * **Education:** High school diploma or higher. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar roles; prior experience in the **Riviera Maya or hotel restaurants** is preferred. * **English:** Fully bilingual. * Familiarity with hotel management platforms is desirable. * High tolerance for pressure, leadership capability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
