A boutique hotel group offering a unique concept on the paradisiacal island of Holbox seeks to welcome the following professional to its team: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER Location: Holbox, Quintana Roo Team size: Approximately 30 staff members Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, plan, and coordinate Food and Beverage department operations. * Manage **2 restaurants** within the hotel, ensuring excellence in service delivery. * Oversee inventory control, supplier management, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Personnel management: recruitment, training, and shift scheduling. * Participate in gourmet events, banquets, and high-end gastronomic experiences. * Maintain a 100% guest-centric service focus. * Availability to perform operational tasks in case of staff absences or increased workload. Requirements: * **Education:** High school diploma or higher. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar roles; prior experience in the **Riviera Maya or hotel restaurants** is preferred. * **English:** Fully bilingual * Familiarity with hotel management platforms is desirable. * High tolerance for working under pressure, leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
