Essential Requirements * Professional degree and official credential or proof of graduation in progress (**mandatory due to internal policies**). * Availability for in-person interviews. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a COBOL developer. * Knowledge of **batch and online COBOL**. * Experience in **Mainframe (z/OS)** environments. * Proficiency with **JCL** and data processing utilities. * Experience with **DB2** and/or **VSAM**. * Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control. Desirable / Plus * Experience with **CICS** and complex batch processes. * Familiarity with change management tools (**Endevor, Changeman, or others**). * Experience in **COBOL application migration or modernization projects**.
