Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender with expertise in cocktail preparation and bar management to prepare beverages, manage inventory, and maintain quality and hygiene standards. Beverage preparation and adherence to standards Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of bartender experience (mandatory) * Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation * Mixology * Bar management and supply control * Knowledge of hygienic handling of food and beverages * Flexible availability (rotating shifts) * Teamwork * Excellent personal presentation * Service-oriented attitude * Sense of urgency * Inventory management Responsibilities: * Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards * Control and manage bar inventory * Set up and clean the bar area * Restock supplies during service * Coordinate with floor staff regarding delivery times * Promote beverage sales * Maintain quality and hygiene standards * Assist with inventory counts and waste control Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed secondary school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
