What do you need? * 3 years of experience as Warehouse and Logistics Manager (preferably raw materials) * Completed Bachelor's degree/Engineering * Ensure physical inventories by batches. * Knowledge of yields, expense control, management of own fleet. * Knowledge of required documentation for transport units. * Proficiency in Office (Excel: pivot tables, formulas). * Leadership, communication, coordination, teamwork, conflict management and resolution, problem analysis and evaluation skills, decision-making, follow-up, organization, supervision of assigned personnel, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, integrity, ethics, and high level of customer service. What will be your main responsibilities? * Maintain inventory accuracy * Ensure proper fulfillment and arrangement of finished products. * Ensure handling of finished products following FIFO principles. * Compliance with storage quality standards. * Control receiving process. * Manage assigned team.
