Vehicle Manager We are seeking professionals who will ensure timely and proper management of vehicle registrations, deregistrations, and circulation cards, as well as guarantee payment of annual ownership taxes within the first month of each year. Verify cash flows requested for each procedure. Ensure that all vehicle-related procedures for the units receiving service are completed timely and according to policy. What will you do? * Review vehicle procedures (at least twice a week) and prepare documentation files. * Guarantee corresponding payments are generated and submitted to the Secretary of Mobility to complete each procedure. * Verify disbursements. * Ensure correct execution of annual vehicle tax payments for the state of Morelos. What do you need? * Knowledge in administration. * Two years of experience in vehicle registration, deregistration, plate replacements, traffic and vehicle transportation regulations, knowledge of laws, procedures, and regulations related to traffic and vehicle transportation, intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, implementation of improvements within the department, project management.
