Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza (Trusted Employee) **Job Objective** Manage transportation resources and support regional operational and legal management, ensuring vehicle availability, accident response, and compliance with legal obligations to maintain continuity and efficiency of fleet-related operations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Manage assigned regional transportation resources (vehicles and fuel cards), ensuring their availability, maintenance, documentation, and proper operation to guarantee fleet control and operational continuity. * Respond to and track vehicle accidents, legal procedures, and interactions with authorities to ensure vehicle recovery, incident resolution, and compliance with the company’s legal obligations. * Provide administrative support in managing operational expenses, fuel control, facility maintenance, and processing of supporting documentation to contribute to efficient regional operations. * Vehicle accident handling and user assistance | 1 year * Fleet administration (assignments, maintenance, supplier follow-up) | 1 year * Basic operation of light vehicles (manual and automatic) for operational transfers | 1 year * Traffic and Roadway Laws * Office software and administrative control systems * Document handling and administrative tracking. Bachelor’s Degree **Additional Profile** Experience Basic petty cash handling, office software, and operational administrative tasks Knowledge Basic mechanics (identification of simple failures and reading of repair estimates).
