Experience in patching, plastering, touch-ups, painting, drilling, grinding, basic electricity, and plumbing. Ability to identify construction materials, plumbing and electrical components, and tools in general. Knowledge of inventory control. Minimum 5 years of driving experience and familiarity with the city. Completion of work progress and performance forms.
