*Luxury Building is seeking an Accountant in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City* **WE ARE SEEKING AN ACCOUNTANT** **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or related field * **Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in Residential Management, Real Estate, or similar fields)** * Proficiency in COI / ASPEL / HAUS * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Record and supervise daily accounting operations * Perform bank reconciliations * Monitor cash flow and income by category * Support budget preparation and tracking * Conduct daily follow-up on customer accounts receivable * Prepare and send monthly account statements * Record payments in the accounting or management system * Maintain up-to-date database of payments, delinquencies, and payment agreements * Manage payment agreements and track their execution * Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients * Support issuance of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers **Employment Offer** * **Competitive salary** * **Statutory benefits** * **Work location: CUAJIMALPA** Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
