The Rooms Controller is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and operational efficiency through the management of room rates and occupancy, achieving the hotel’s financial goals and ensuring ongoing guest satisfaction. Required experience: - Knowledge of the hospitality industry. - Basic accounting knowledge. - Key programmers. - Web locators and related systems. Desirable experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience as an FD/DC/SC supervisor or in a similar role within an international company. - Experience in customer service. - Experience with AAA standards. - A conciliatory, proactive, organized profile with a passion for learning. - Ability to work under pressure.
