The role combines deep financial analysis with strong operational interaction, ensuring information is reliable, timely, and actionable for decision-making. **Key Contributions** * Financial analysis and detailed tracking of milk expenditure. * Milk costing in SAP and validation of accounting entries. * Preparation of expenditure forecasts and variance analysis. * Requesting, controlling, and ensuring correct accounting entries. * Reviewing and approving purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with budget. * Strengthening financial control over the business’s largest expense line.
