**Civil Supervisor** INDUSTRIAL AREA is an engineering and project management firm with a highly specialized team with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. **OBJECTIVE**: Ensure that appropriate tests are carried out for each activity performed, to verify compliance with project specifications. Release work only after ensuring technical requirements have been met. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Lead on-site civil supervision during foundation work, steel structures, rough-in work, and sanitary/pharmaceutical-grade finishes. * Guarantee the execution of technical tests and validations according to project phases, and release work only when established technical requirements are fulfilled. * Supervise contractors and subcontractors according to the construction schedule, ensuring proper execution of works during sensitive project phases (infrastructure in operation). * Ensure all involved companies comply with quality procedures, industrial safety, occupational health, and specific regulations of the pharmaceutical sector (such as GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices). * Earthworks, deep and shallow foundations. * Installation of IHS networks, conduits, and support systems. * Assembly of steel and prefabricated structures. * Concrete pouring, sanitary installations, and hospital/pharmaceutical-type finishes. * Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to prevent interferences and impacts on existing operations. * Manage change control on site, preparation and review of daily reports, progress updates, estimates, generators, logs, and photographic reports. * Actively participate in the development and monitoring of the project master plan (critical paths, deviation analysis, milestone achievement). * Monitor work schedules and progress using tools such as MS Project, reviewing activity frequency and goal compliance. * Coordinate construction activities without affecting existing processes or compromising environmental controls, cleanliness, or site biosafety standards. * Manage closure of work fronts and demobilization processes with a focus on regulatory compliance. **KNOWLEDGE**: Standards NMX-AA-176-SCFI-2015, NMX C 415 ONNCCE 2015, NMX C 039 ONNCCE 2015, NOM-B-282-1888, ASTM E1155 AutoCad. **REQUIREMENTS**: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field **Desired Experience:** Minimum 8 years in civil construction supervision for industrial brownfield-type projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or sanitary sectors, primarily. **WE OFFER**: \- Statutory benefits \- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs Send your CV to the email: jobs@areaindustrial.com.mx, including the job title in the subject.
