**Route Monitor** **Location:** COYOACAN **Job Description:** At **CARPO**, a growing Mexican logistics company, we are looking for a monitorist for COYOACAN. This role is key to ensuring the proper flow of information between operations and field teams, as well as timely tracking of deliveries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the start of shift with **route loading** * Monitor **real-time route progress** and record downtime * Report any deviations, delays, or critical deliveries to the team * Follow up on **claims or failed deliveries**, collecting and organizing **delivery evidence** (photos, location, signatures) * Escalate operational issues to the appropriate department * Maintain daily reports and logs **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, monitoring, or customer service * Basic Excel skills and good spelling * Familiarity with local geography of CDMX * High stress tolerance and sense of urgency **Key Skills:** * Clear and professional communication * Organization and follow-up * Problem resolution in the field * Teamwork and service attitude **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary: **$10,000 \- $12,000** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Operational and dynamic work environment Apply through this channel and we will contact you if your profile matches Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
