Key Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, interviews, and follow-up). * Draft and administer employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in compliance with current labor legislation. * Coordinate the induction and onboarding process for new hires. * Maintain and update personnel files and internal documentation. * Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures. * Monitor departmental metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover rate, etc.). * Provide support regarding workplace climate, training, and development. * Incident tracking * Payroll and bonus calculations in the NOI system Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and contract management. * Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative document preparation. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work proactively and results-oriented. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency Biweekly payment Gross salary of $18,000 Meal vouchers Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
