





Construction company seeks a **Unit Price Analyst** with experience in developing, analyzing, and controlling costs for **civil works and urban development projects**, ensuring accurate and competitive budgets. **Requirements** * Education: **Civil Engineering / Architecture** (degree holder or intern). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in unit price analysis. * Knowledge of: * Preparation of **Unit Price Analyses (UPA)** (materials, labor, machinery, and equipment). * Construction budgets and item catalogs. * Cost generators. * Analysis of direct and indirect costs. * Software proficiency: * Excel (intermediate–advanced level). * OPUS / Neodata / similar software. * AutoCAD (basic–intermediate level). * Familiarity with construction regulations and public/private works standards. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and analysis of **unit prices**. * Integration of **construction budgets** and item catalogs. * Review of cost generators and quantifications. * Cost analysis and budgetary control. * Support in tenders, bids, and quotations. * Cost comparisons and supplier evaluations. * Coordination with project, construction, and procurement departments. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
