Management of peripherals and telephone lines **Systems / IT Intern** **Profile:** · 6 months of experience or currently studying in the field of IT systems **Education:** · Systems Engineering degree **Responsibilities:** 1\. Respond to end-user technical support calls regarding computers and software applications. 2\. Address requests for configuration of computer peripherals. 3\. Configure landline telephone lines at the main office. 4\. Provide support and guidance on mobile phone usage. 5\. Receive equipment and deactivate accounts upon employee termination. 6\. Configure backups on user devices. 7\.
