Position Summary: Coordinate and prepare service budgets by analyzing technical, regulatory, and economic aspects to ensure competitive pricing and support organizational objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Budget and item catalog coordination. 2. Unit price analysis and cost feasibility assessment. 3. Leadership and personnel management in projects. Coordinate and prepare budgets for services provided by the company through technical, regulatory, and economic analysis, utilizing technological tools and considering each project’s specific characteristics, to substantiate competitive pricing and contribute to achieving organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate budget preparation and item catalog development. * Analyze unit prices and cost feasibility. * Supervise updates to price and input databases. * Coordinate quotations with the procurement department. * Establish economic negotiation criteria with clients. * Collaborate with the construction committee on specifications and quantity take-offs. * Supervise and train assigned personnel. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards. **✅ Requirements** **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in electrical or construction budgeting. **Knowledge:** * Preparation of unit prices * Interpretation of electrical drawings * Development of item catalogs * Applicable sector regulations * Material and labor productivity rates **Software:** * OPUS * AutoCAD * MS Office * Adobe Acrobat *(Desirable: Dialux EVO)* **Skills** * Leadership and personnel management * Negotiation and decision-making * Results-oriented approach * Conflict management * Effective communication **Other Requirements** * Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles (preferred) * Willingness to visit construction sites (80% office / 20% field) **⭐We Offer** * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Continuous training * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Competitive salary (determined during interview) Salary: Starting from $20,976.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
