We are seeking a Remote Support Manager to lead and ensure an exceptional customer service experience aligned with Apple standards. **** Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the remote support team. (Call Center) * Provide remote technical support for computing devices and mobile phones (software, configuration, initial diagnostics). * Track support tickets. * Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction. * Train and provide feedback to the support team. * Coordinate with technical departments and service centers to ensure proper case resolution. * Generate operational and performance reports for the department. *** Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in remote technical support or help desk roles. * Prior experience coordinating or leading teams. * Proficiency with ticketing and remote support tools (e.g., Zendesk, CRMs, LogMin, CallPicker, AnyDesk). * Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and problem-solving ability. !!!
