We are seeking a highly motivated **Senior Business Analyst** to join our distributed team in providing long\-term support for a custom insurance policy administration application. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams to enhance system functionalities and streamline processes for a well\-established insurance company specializing in commercial products and services. **Responsibilities** * Support configuration activities for insurance policy administration * Learn configuration filework activities, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes * Create Epics, Features, and User stories in MS Azure DevOps for complex functionality implementation * Contribute to the knowledge repository by capturing knowledge transfer and activities using MS Office and SharePoint * Triage production issues for the CORE team * Create and maintain understanding documents outlining issues * Develop user requirements documents to define solutions * Assist in requirement elicitation and estimation * Liaise with business users, vendor BAs, and development teams to understand issues and determine actions **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in Business Analysis * Insurance domain knowledge * Strong documentation analysis skills * Experience with SQL * Experience documenting requirements during knowledge transfer sessions * Eagerness to learn and support a growing account and team * Experience working in a distributed team environment * Good English communication skills with experience in direct customer interaction (CEFR B2 or higher) **Nice to have** * Experience with Insurity software * Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance * Experience in requirements and change management
