**Job Objective:** Ensure the proper implementation and adoption of the **Scrum** framework, facilitating and coordinating multiple agile teams of 4 to 7 members, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating ceremonies, providing visibility into progress, managing risks and impediments, and acting as an effective liaison between development teams and business areas, ensuring clear communication and achievement of project objectives. Experience: * Coordinate more than one team composed of 4 to 7 people, applying Scrum best practices. * Coordinate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective). * Support refinement sessions. * Manage Planning and Review documentation. * Provide visibility to the Scrum team and business stakeholders regarding progress, releases, risks, and impediments. * Experience with at least one of the following agile management tools: JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc. * 2 to 3 years of experience managing agile teams. * Manage business expectations.
