




Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Construction and Maintenance Manager with experience in team leadership, project management, cost and budget control, safety compliance, and supplier relations. Knowledge of costs, budgets, and safety regulations Due to expansion, a leading company in its sector is seeking: * **RETAIL CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role **Retail experience (required)** Experience leading construction and/or maintenance work crews Knowledge of direct and indirect cost and budget management Experience managing high-risk projects Familiarity with construction industry safety regulations Experience interacting with and negotiating with construction suppliers Experience handling government procedures KPI management skills Experience negotiating with clients **Experience in finishes and visual merchandising (retail)** Proficiency in design software Willingness to travel occasionally Work location: Lerma, State of Mexico.
