A construction company is seeking your talent as a Civil Works Resident. Education: Bachelor's degree and professional license in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Requirements: Valid driver's license * Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Excel) * Availability to work rotating shifts. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or conservation of buildings. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the work plan and ensure activities are carried out according to drawings and specifications. * Assign responsibilities to the operational team. * Supervise maintenance work. * Verify that activities are carried out according to drawings and specifications. * Responsible for the direction, administration, planning, and execution of the service in all technical aspects and for delivery of documentation.
