Key Responsibilities Technical Management and Supervision * **Drawing Interpretation:** Ensure all personnel understand and adhere to architectural and engineering designs. * **Quality Control:** Supervise that materials and construction processes comply with technical standards and contractual requirements. * **Site Logbook:** Maintain a daily and legally valid record of all activities, changes, incidents, and progress. Planning and Administrative Control * **Construction Schedule:** Monitor physical progress to prevent delays and adjust timelines as necessary. Personnel and Safety Management * **Crew Coordination:** Organize in-house staff and subcontractors. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE, signage) to prevent accidents. 3.
