A company powered by our people.**Job Objective:** ------------------------ The OTM IT Manager will be responsible for leading the migration of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system from its On-Premise version to Cloud in Mexico, ensuring a successful and efficient implementation. This key role will guarantee that the solution architecture complies with global standards and local requirements, driving innovation, standardization, and operational continuity. Acting as an IT Business Partner, this role will translate functional needs into technical specifications, oversee configurations, and promote technological best practices.**Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- • Design the solution architecture for the migration to OTM Cloud, ensuring integration and alignment with operational processes across Latin America. • Lead the definition of a common operating model for Mexico and end-to-end flows (orders, planning, execution, settlement). • Identify and document operational requirements through workshops with local teams. • Implement configurations in OTM Cloud (rates, calendars, workflows, scripting). • Supervise functional and technical consultants, ensuring delivery milestones are met. • Validate configurations via UAT testing and ensure quality prior to Go-Live. • Coordinate with the Global Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with corporate policies. • Plan and execute training, Cut-Over activities, and post-Go-Live support. • Report project progress, risks, and deviations to regional management. • Promote adoption of reference architectures and agile methodologies (Agile, DevOps).**Who We Are Looking For:** --------------------- • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: 10+ years in IT, including roles such as Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, and Project Manager. • Technical Knowledge: In-depth expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud, ERP/WMS integration, Agile methodologies, and PMP. • Certifications: OTM certification (mandatory). • Languages: Spanish and English (Business Fluent). • Key Competencies: Leadership, results orientation, planning, problem solving, effective communication, team development. • Additional Skills: Project management, functional and technical design of logistics solutions, supply chain management.
