Join us to shape a future of a resilient and scalable platform. **Responsibilities** * Architect, implement, and sustain Kubernetes (EKS) clusters across multiple AWS regions * Lead complex infrastructure upgrade projects with minimal downtime * Administer and fine\-tune developer tools such as SonarQube, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD platforms * Leverage Terraform for infrastructure as code and uphold standardized infrastructure templates * Plan, validate, and document disaster recovery processes * Produce detailed production readiness materials and platform runbooks * Develop operational workflows, scorecards, and integrated procedures for platform upkeep * Configure and manage observability solutions, logging, and monitoring systems, including Splunk * Direct incident management lifecycle from detection to post\-mortem reporting * Maintain platform health through proactive monitoring and alert configurations * Automate workflow enhancements that accelerate developer and operations efficiency * Build reusable integration assets and automation patterns for company\-wide use * Implement repository synchronization and automation pipelines * Collaborate with engineering teams to identify needs and deliver targeted platform improvements * Track cloud expenditure and analyze AWS cost trends across resources * Set retention standards and optimize cloud resources for efficiency * Deliver cost optimization initiatives while sustaining platform performance * Create predictive tools for capacity forecasting and budget planning * Protect environment security via compliance enforcement and tooling updates * Control authentication, access policies, and WAF configurations * Enforce governance and enterprise\-level security benchmarks for all platforms **Requirements** * 5\+ years of background in DevOps Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering * Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, particularly EKS within AWS * Hands\-on expertise with IaC tools, especially Terraform * Strong skills in managing CI/CD pipelines and developer tools such as GitHub Actions and SonarQube * Proven experience overseeing complex platform migration and upgrade projects * Capability to craft thorough operational documentation, including runbooks and readiness reviews * Experience with logging and monitoring stacks, including Splunk * Knowledge of AWS cloud spend optimization and resource management * Familiarity with governance frameworks and driving organization\-wide adoption * Understanding of security scanning tools, compliance management, and best practices * Experience integrating observability tools like New Relic and handling incident workflows with PagerDuty * Ability to design automation that scales platform operations and developer efficiency **Nice to have** * Python scripting expertise * Experience deploying and tuning New Relic and PagerDuty integrations
