




Job Description We are seeking an L3 Senior Cloud Engineer with solid experience in enterprise cloud environments and critical operations, who will actively participate in the execution, maintenance, and evolution of our multi-cloud infrastructure. This role works cross-functionally with Infrastructure and Applications teams and serves as the L3 / SME escalation point for complex incidents and strategic cloud projects. Key Responsibilities and Functions Design, build, and migrate applications from on-premise environments to Microsoft Azure and AWS. Execute cloud deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools. Develop scripts and automate repetitive infrastructure and cloud tasks. Manage cloud financial operations and cost optimization. Administer networks, security, regulatory compliance, and cloud governance. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architecture documentation. Resolve simple, medium, and complex incidents across cloud platforms. Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and execution. Provide L3/SME escalation support, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and manage changes for business-critical incidents. Participate in rotating on-call shifts (7 days every 4 weeks). Shift-based work, alternating weekly. Requirements and Qualifications +5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise cloud environments. Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure and/or AWS in production-critical environments. Prior experience acting as an L3 / SME, supporting critical incidents and strategic projects. Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services and infrastructure services. Conversational English is mandatory. **Mandatory Certifications:** **Microsoft Certified:** Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert **AWS Certified:** SysOps Administrator (Associate or Professional) or Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) **Technical Skills:** Automation and scripting (PowerShell). Linux and Windows operating systems. Terraform, Visual Studio, CloudFormation. **Containers and DevOps Tools:** Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, among others. Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4.
