**ATL Engineering, an electrical sector company**, is seeking to hire an **Electrical Projects and Budgets Analyst**, responsible for preparing, analyzing, and monitoring construction budgets, ensuring cost control, profitability, and technical compliance of projects. **Location:** C. Hacienda de la Campana, Colonia Oblatos, 44700 Guadalajara, Jal. **Schedule:** Full-time **Salary:** $23,000 to $25,000 MXN monthly + statutory benefits **Job Objective** To prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets for electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring appropriate cost control, accurate material quantification, and adherence to the approved budget, thereby contributing to the company’s profitability and sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed electrical construction budgets (item catalogs, generators, and Unit Prices). * Interpret electrical project drawings and technical specifications. * Analyze project costs, variances, and financial risks. * Manage and update budgets in response to construction or market changes. * Monitor construction progress versus the approved budget. * Obtain and analyze quotations for materials and services. * Participate in public and private tender processes. * Prepare cost control and physical–financial progress reports. * Research materials and solutions that optimize cost and quality. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field**. **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in: * Construction budgeting * Costs and unit prices * Construction supervision * **Mandatory proficiency in Neodata**. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Experience in tenders (desirable). * Knowledge of regulations applicable to the electrical sector. **Skills and Competencies** * Numerical and financial analysis * Organization and time management * Teamwork and effective communication * Analytical ability and results orientation * Proactivity and accountability Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $23,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have preparing construction budgets? * What is your level of proficiency in Neodata for construction budgeting? * Have you directly prepared Unit Prices (UP)? * Have you monitored construction progress comparing physical advancement vs. budget? * Do you have experience participating in tender processes? * Which software, besides Neodata, have you used? * Is your expected monthly salary within the range offered?
