




Position Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to manage processes, train staff, analyze operations, and ensure compliance with standards across hospital units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages processes and operational improvements in corporate services. 2. Leads training and ensures compliance with standards across units. 3. Analyzes and proposes improvements for resource administration. **Join our MAC Corporate Team!** We seek your talent as: **"Corporate Services Manager"** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:30 hours * Days off: Saturday and Sunday **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Tourism, or related field (degree, professional license, or currently completing graduation) * **Experience:** 3 years in hospitality, hospitals, restaurants, customer service, or housekeeping. * **Knowledge of:** Hospital certification and/or regulatory standards, hygienic food handling, customer service, complaint management, inventory and expense control, personnel management. * **Software Skills:** Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP (preferred) * **Willingness to travel** * **Conversational English** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor departmental processes and initiatives across hospital units. * Deliver process-related training to service areas. * Analyze and propose operational improvements. * Control and reduce expenses and resource usage. * Verify compliance with processes across all areas within the General Services Department. * Update and implement processes across all areas within the General Services Department. * Conduct periodic visits to hospital units (UH) according to the established schedule and/or operational needs. * Apply and monitor internal audits of technical and operational processes across all areas within the General Services Department. * Train, review, and analyze monthly reports to ensure proper resource utilization and correct process execution: * Inventories. * Supplier consignments. * Revenues and expenses. * Out-of-service rooms. * Laundry operations. * General services area logs. * Monitoring compliance with Certification Standards, Distintivo H, MAC Service Philosophy, and Service Standards. * Implement processes and monitor openings and new acquisitions. * Implement operational improvement initiatives. * Review supplier consignments and analyze supply expenditure. * Analyze expenses to propose improvements in resource administration. * Support inter-corporate department communication to enhance operations. * Train newly hired staff – Unit General Services Managers. * Support preparation of reports and tracking of initiatives for the Service Management team. * Develop and achieve annual objectives to improve unit operations. **WE OFFER:** * A compensation package comprising Base Salary + Attendance and Punctuality Bonus + Grocery Vouchers + Savings Fund. * Statutory benefits. * Candidates meeting the profile are invited to submit an updated CV.
