





Job responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving incidents related to equipment operation * Administration and support of corporate email accounts * Implementation and management of antivirus software, firewalls, and security systems * Configuration of email filters (spam, phishing, malware) * Maintenance of equipment, networks, and software * Backup and protection of system and user data * System updates and monitoring * Diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up of system and equipment failures, as well as incident documentation.
