Team leadership and on-site problem resolution **Civil Construction Resident Engineer** **DAY SHIFT — 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate work plans and daily activities in projects. * Assign responsibilities to operational teams and subcontractors. * Coordinate with other departments for timely resource supply. * Supervise electrical works, installation of tire puncture devices (ponchallantas), and roadblockers. * Verify that activities are carried out according to drawings and specifications. * Identify on-site risks and implement preventive or corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (NOM, SST). * Supervise quality at each project stage. * Validate proper use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Maintain control of reports, progress updates, and site logs. * Ensure required documents are delivered on time and as specified. * Report progress, incidents, and needs to the Operations Manager. * Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings. * Provide technical support to on-site personnel and resolve operational queries. * Report progress, incidents, and needs to the client **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree completed). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Resident Engineer in electrical construction projects. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, site generators, progress control, and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.). * Ability to lead teams and resolve problems on-site. * Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits (per internal policy). * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
